1. Rob Roy
Ingredients :
1. 45 ml Scotch whisky
2. 50 ml Sweet Vermouth
3. 2 ml Angostura Bitter
4. Lemon Twist

1. Pour all ingredients except lemon peel into a mixing glass filled with ice

Origin and History
Created in 1894 by a bartender at the Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan, New York City. The drink was named in honor of the premiere of Rob Roy, an operetta by composer Reginald De Koven and lyricist Harry B.Smith loosely based upon Scottish folk hero Rob Roy MacGregor.
2. Rattle Snake
Ingredients :
1. 45 ml Whiskey
2. 2 tsp Lemon juice
3. 10 ml Sugar syrup
4. Egg white

2. Strain cover crushed ice in the glass.
Origin and History
The Rattlesnake first appeared as a recipe for six people in Harry Craddock's 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book with the nation, ''so called because it will either cure Rattlesnake bite, or kill Rattlesnake or make you see them''.
3. Old Fashioned
Ingredients :
1. 45 ml Rye Whiskey
2. 2 dash Angostura bitters
3. 1 tsp Castor sugar
4. 4-5 Ice cubes

Procedure:
1. In an old fashioned glass, add the castor sugar, angostura bitters and dash of chilled water.
2. Muddle the mixture.
3. Add in the ice cubes. Top with whiskey.
Origin and History
The first mention in print of old fashioned cocktails was in
the chicago Daily Tribute in February 1880. However, the Pendennis Club a gentlemen's club founded in 1881. claims the old fashioned cocktail was invented there. The
recipe was said to have been invented by a bartender at that club in honor of
Colonel James E. Pepper a prominent bourbon distiller, who brought it to the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel bar in New York City.
4. Manhattan

The drink originated at the Manhattan Club in New York City in the mid 1870s, where it was invented by Dr. Lain Marshall for banquet hosted by Jerome in honor of presidential candidate Samuel J. Tilden.

Origin and History
the Rusty Nail is often credited to the
clever bartenders at the 21 Club in Manhattan sometime in the early 1960s. The
cocktail's name was finally cemented in 1963, when Gina MacKinnon, the
chairwoman of the Drambuie Liqueur Company, gave the Rusty Nail her endorsement
in The New York Times.

Origin and History
the origin of the Godfather's name is uncertain. The amaretto
brand Disaronno claims the drink was the favorite cocktail of
American actor Marlon Brando,
known for playing the titular character in the popular American film
adaptation of Mario Puzo's The Godfather, which prominently features the Italian
mob.

The origins of this cocktail are clouded in mystery, but it does come highly recommended by famed bartender Hidetsugu Ueno at his High Five bar in Ginzo, Tokyo, Japan.
